Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

To supervise QA/QC Leader and QA/QC Inspector in performing QA Inspection as per Quality Management System. To sign off first sample proof before mass production. Liaise quality problems to respective section head and ensure implementation & effectiveness of the corrective action To monitor, verify quality of in process and finished goods product at Production Floor. To investigate root cause and effectiveness of actions taken on quality issues. Resolve of quality issues at Production Floor and reporting to superior. To assign and report to superior on QC Inspector working shift, base on attendance (on leave, MC & etc.). To arrange, inspect and reporting of rework goods (finished goods/goods returned from customer & etc.) To collect all new/revised of artwork job sample for Graphic Department. All other job responsibilities as stated in Quality Manual, Procedures and Work Instruction as well as responsibilities. Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc jobs as and when required by superior from time to time.

Requirements:-

Min SPM, Certificate, Diploma in Quality Control or equivalent. At least 1 years or above working experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance or in related field

Especially in Packaging and Printing industries*
Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good in speaking and writing of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Good in leadership and team player. Basic Computer knowledge in MS Office.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
