Job Description

Job Summary We are looking who can responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality products. Job Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures. \xc2\xb7 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. \xc2\xb7 Accountable for the quality and workmanship of site activity, good knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to architectural and structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes. \xc2\xb7 Provide advice and guidance to support the effective operation of the system. \xc2\xb7 To prepare necessary reports and ensure that all quality records are provided, properly kept and compiled for archiving and / or submission. \xc2\xb7 To responsible for monitoring quality control and inspection on site to ensure compliance with approved method statements, procedures, specifications and construction drawings. \xc2\xb7 Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with stakeholders on all quality issues \xc2\xb7 Initiate, monitor, guide and follow-up on the implementation of action plan by the project teams or subcontractors. \xc2\xb7 Inspect, monitor, control and manage contractors\xe2\x80\x99 works to meet quality and schedule required. \xc2\xb7 Liaise closely with project teams and relevant parties on the defect findings/ major issues and its action plans. \xc2\xb7 Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for processes. \xc2\xb7 To provide support in reviewing QA documentation including procedures, method statements and work instructions to suite project needs. \xc2\xb7 Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time by the management. Job Requirements \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture or equivalent. \xc2\xb7 Experience involving High rise project will be added advantages. \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills \xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and under pressure. \xc2\xb7 At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xc2\xb7 Able to start work immediately. \xc2\xb7 Able to work to over hazardous work environment (site). \xc2\xb7 Willing to work at DAMANSARA. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work 6 working days. \xc2\xb7 One (1) contract (project basis) position available. \xc2\xb7 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Benefits:
