Job Description
We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) professional to join our dynamic team. As a full-time QA/QC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance within our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Establish, control, monitor and maintain documentation of quality system by the requirements stated in the MS for
GMP/HACCP/VHM/MESTI ect. certification
2. To liaise with certify body for surveillance/review audit
3. Handle internal and external customer's complaints
4. Initiate participating and driving corrective actions and root cause analysis
5. Involve in investigation and troubleshooting activities in relation to process and product non-conformity
6. Maintaining detailed quality records and reports to meet regulatory requirements
7. Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies and process
8. Work closely with other department for improvement on operation process to ensure product safety and quality
9. Perform any ad-hoc relevant works as required
Working hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
