A QC Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products across the manufacturing lifecycle--from raw material receipt to finished goods release. The role involves full ownership of QC operations including testing, documentation, and process control. This position acts as the main liaison between production and QA to uphold product quality, meet regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Perform laboratory testing for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, stability samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory requirements.
Ensure laboratory equipment, tools, and instruments are routinely calibrated, maintained, and in validated condition.
Accurately document all test results in compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and maintain comprehensive test records.
Actively support ISO 13485 and WHO Quality System requirements, including document control, internal audits, deviation handling, CAPA, and change control.
Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team objectives and business needs.
