1. Product Inspection & Checking
Check raw materials for quality and compliance with standards.
Conduct in-process checks during slaughtering, cutting, deboning, marination, freezing, and packing.
Inspect finished products for weight, labeling, packaging, and appearance.
Ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements
2. Quality Control
Perform quality tests where applicable.
Monitor production hygiene and food safety practices.
Record and maintain inspection reports, QC checklists, and non-conformance reports.
Report any quality issues or deviations to the Production / QA Supervisor immediately.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality problems.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Assist during audits and inspections by authorities or customers.
Maintain proper documentation of QC activities.
4. General Duties
Work closely with production teams to maintain smooth workflow and minimize rejects.
Segregate and label rejected or non-conforming products properly.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and 5S practices.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
