Assist in maintain and update HALAL, HACCP, GMP.
Keep all record and checklists up to date.
Ensure the production room is clean and hygiene.
Required to provide and maintain a system for Quality and Inspection acceptable to our customers.
Inspect incoming raw material to ensure that all quality requirement are as specified in the purchase order.
Responsible for daily monitoring of the production outputs to ensure the production programs are met in term of quantity, quality and time.
Initiate quality and hygiene programs to ensure the operators are trained and comply to Good Manufacturing.
Liaise with external parties related to factory operations, e.g. customer, (audits, product development, complaint etc. For dealing with health authorities, JAKIM Officers and. other regulatory authorities, provide assistance to the Regulatory Officer as and when required.

Job Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or equivalent.
Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience in Food Industry, fresh grad is welcoming.
Required Experience: Handling HALAL system, conduct internal audit and supplier audit.
Knowledge in GMP & HACCP.
Good in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Able to work independently.
