To ensure that the requirements on the inspection plan (e.g QC Process Chart, Inspection Standard and Customer's Inspection Plan) are met.
To ensure that non-conforming products are treated in the correct manner in accordance in documented.
To ensure the products returned from customer are investigated and the defect verified immediately.
To ensure that non-confirming products are addressed on the appropriate corrective action records and submitted to the concern section.
To ensure that records for products returned by customers, once completed, are submitted to Warranty Section for claim process.
To ensure that the corrective action plans are verified whether implementation is complete when the target date it due.
To organize meeting with production to discuss caused and countermeasures and updated on the status of the previous corrective action plans.
To attend meeting organized by other sections and ensure that agreed requirements came out accordingly.
To ensure that the rejection area are not messy an untidy.
To ensure that process change and new models are subjected to the required inspection or test promptly before approval is granted for the change and mass production respectively.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
Minimum 1 years working experiences in QC Manufacturing Metal /Automotive.
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written)
Have ability to troubleshooting quality related issue
Be able to inspect, test, or measure materials and product
Communication, Problem Solving, & Leadership
ISO knowledge with 5 Core Tools knowledge.
Computer literacy (Words, Excel & Power Point)
