Job Description

Responsibilities :

Inspect and test products or services at various stages of production or delivery. Verify that products meet specified quality standards, tolerances, and performance criteria. Document and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective actions. Operate testing equipment and instruments, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures. Collaborate with production teams and other stakeholders to address quality issues. Analyze and interpret quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Conduct visual inspections and measurements to check product dimensions and aesthetics. Ensure that products or services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Participate in the development and implementation of quality control processes and training programs.

Requirements and skills :

At least 2 years experience as QC Inspector Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require post-secondary education or industry-specific certifications. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or deviations from quality standards. QC Tools: Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, or testing machines. Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret quality data and recommend improvements. Communication: Effective communication skills for reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Experienced in Sheet Metal Sector will be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
