Job Description

s:

Participate in and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems aligned with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, MeSTI and Halal standards. Participate in and support the local authority inspection and third-party certification audits. To execute and ensure proper implementation of Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Inspect finished products to ensure the quality standards that meet the specified specifications. Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team e.g., Line Leader and Supervisor. Escalate issues to QAQC Manager if they cannot be resolved. Ensure completion of QC inspection documentation or equivalent. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including but not limited to test results, defects found and corrective actions. To conduct the first piece verification for every batch of product produced online, including but not limited to date coding of manufacturing date/ expiry date/ batch number, packaging code, sealing/ tapping/ glueing quality, carton condition, sticker location, etc. To prepare sample for sensory evaluation for every batch of product produced online. To prepare retention sample during packing operation, and ensure all retention samples are labelled, kept properly, recorded in designated log book / checklist and store in designated location for investigation when required. To conduct half-hourly checking on online packed products. To conduct 10% quality inspection of the finished products on the pallet. If finished products are found to be within the quality specification, it will be marked with a 'QC Passed' label. To assist the Production / Rework Team Coordinators for rework activities, as and when necessary. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by a superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least an SPM or equivalent Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply. Being able to start immediately will be an advantage. Able to communicate in the Malay language. A person who pays attention to details. 5 working days.
