JOBSPECIFICATION - Required Qualification & Competency

1. Minimum SPM

2. 2 years experience in QA / QC or Production function or equivalent.

3. Ability to lead a QA culture and management and control all QC activities.

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills are an advantage.

5. Fair command of English and Bahasa Malaysia and report writing skills.

6. Interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Computer literate and able to operate Microsoft and Excel programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION - Scope of Responsibilities

1. To perform In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), -Printing, Die Cut, Lamination, Calendaring, Hot Stamping and Gluing

2. Ensure that daily production conforms to the quality plan and standard specifications.

3. To ensure that all non-conforming products are properly identified, segregated, and submitted for management review.

4. Carry out Incoming Inspection for incoming materials & outsource Incoming.

5. Daily defect follow-up.

6. Collection of QC data & submit to superior

7. All the 1st pieces buy off update into what's app QC Eastsun group without fail.

8. Willing to stay back to settle all the pending jobs if required by Superior.

9. Willing to do Overtime if the Superior requested to do so.

10. Perform other job related duties as assigned.
