Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The main role is responsible for product quality. Ensure Quality of manufactured goods.

2. Inspect product timely as they are finished.

3. Examine incoming materials from suppliers before sending them to production line.

4. Time to time perform quick visual inspections on parts.

5. Must be able to use quality equipments such as CMM, digital and manual callipers.

6. Measure within tight tolerances.

7. Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing.

8. Work efficiently within the Quality Control Team & Machinist.

9. Able to perform simple calculations with or without calculator.

10. To check on calibration records on monthly basis on the expiry date.

11. For secondary process must check and record the outgoing and incoming parts.

12. Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have written and verbal communication skills Knowledge in basic math skills, computer skills, and analytic skills Reporting skills Able to read blueprint reading

Education and Experience

1. Diploma or Degree with 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment or fresh candidate with entry level.

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. CMM programming skills (added advantage).

4. Experience in measuring devices such as micrometers, gauges, calipers, and other measuring instruments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
