No.681426-X) Job Title : QC Inspector Reports To : Project Coordinator - Conveyor Department : Projects Responsible For : Mutiara Etnik Sdn Bhd Job Purpose : Maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results. : 1) Assessment and evaluation of sub-vendor capabilities to perform specific activities / work. 2) Review and check all drawings and procedure documents and advise Design Engineer and Quality Assurance team, respectively, to incorporate changes as per client specs and/or International Standard codes. 3) Liaise with engineering/client/3rd party inspectors/consultant to ensure approvals of drawings and relevant procedures comply with International Standard Code requirements. 4) Expediting, monitoring and tracking of all project document submission, review and approval to ensure turnaround time with client is observed and to avoid delay in project manufacturing schedule. 5) Ensure only latest revision approved for construction (AFC) drawings and procedural document are being used at site/shop and liaise with construction team for all fabrication matters. 6) Prepare project reports periodically for review with management and client. 7) Ensure projects maintained within company approved budget and policies. 8) Ensure compliance to all requirements of Purchase Order/Client Specifications by construction team before, during and after fabrication. 9) Supervision works in and around plant and at sub vendor\xe2\x80\x99s workshops to ensure work is being carried out in orderly and timely manner. 10) Monitoring and tracking of material ordering and delivery. 11) Provide mobilizing schedule to external subcontractors and execute and supervise preparatory and post Mechanical Completion activities like Insulation, PWHT, Internal NDE and visual inspection, Hydro Test, Blasting and Painting, Final Inspection, Packing of vessels and vessel delivery without compromising Health and Safety Issues. 12) Ensure all non-conformance reports and punch list are closed before Manufacturing Data Records (MDR) are compiled. Coordinate and manage Design Engineer and QC personnel on these matters. Job Requirements: 1. 4-5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience 2. Steel Structure Inspection back-ground 3. Preferably worked in structural towers and conveyors 4. Starts with follow-up in and around Klang valley and moves to Setiu site for atleast 2 months 5. Preferably Malay with good communication skill Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
