Job Description

1. Perform daily production QC check including IPQC, bulk and finished goods. 2. Perform daily incoming QC check including raw materials and packaging materials. 3. Handle all equipment calibration activities. 4. Perform all control rooms temperature and humidity monitoring activities. 5. Perform RO water test daily. 6. Assist in documentation control for GMP, ISO and other related documents. 7. Assist in quality improvement plan implementation. 8. Assist in handle quality issue and involve in investigation of customer complaints and non-conformities. 9. Ensuring all necessary quality control test and analysis are carried out from in-process, to finished goods by ensuring it meets the product standard specification and parameters and approved all the finished goods before proceed to shipment process. 10. To assist on establish and develop the Quality Management Systems (QMS). 11. Provide Quality Assurance advice in support of production processes. 12. Undertake any additional Quality Assurance duties that may be defined by superior.
