Set up and carry out In-Process and Out-going inspection at production Able to read Precision Machining drawing Able to use and program CMM/Profile projector/Height gauge etc based on requirements To ensure the department's procedure needed for the QMS implemented and maintained and 5S activity in the department. To Ensure there is quality testing all the time; carry out inspections so as to meet the standard set by the organization. -Main Responsibilities: 1st piece, in-process and final inspection utilizing various types of inspection gauges, plate layout, and CMM. Raised Defective Material Reports, troubleshoot and resolve quality issue by coordinating with other departments Working with operating staff to establish procedures, ISO standards, systems and procedures and review them for time to time Responsible for QC department document filling system. To compile of daily QC record and compute into QC daily report. To undertake any other related job such as reporting, packing, labeling, stock control Candidate must be able to know the basic of Microsoft Office At least 1-2 year of working experience in engineering or manufacturing related field Has knowledge in milling or lathing is a plus
