Job overview:The QC Inspector ensures product quality by conducting pre-checks on equipment and monitoring processes at various stages, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections. Responsibilities include identifying and reporting quality deviations, assisting in resolving production issues, maintaining traceable records, and preparing samples for analysis. The role supports QA and QC executives in addressing customer complaints, process audits, and maintaining compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the QC Inspector is tasked with organizing records and performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.Job Desription:

• Conduct pre-checks on equipment and machines before process start-up and changeover.
• Inspect and monitor processes, including incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
• Report quality deviations in the production process to QC or QA Executives and assist in resolving issues with the production department.
• Complete and submit QC records or checklists.
• Assist QC Executives in handling customer complaints, process issues, and audit non-conformance reports (NCR).
• Prepare work-in-progress (WIP) samples for moisture content analysis.
• Ensure materials used in production are traceable and well-maintained.
• Verify product quality standards and keep records in an organized manner.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field (preferable).
• Basic proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Independent, proactive, and with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work in Senai, Johor, with own transportation.
• Willingness to handle additional tasks as assigned.
