Requirements:Education:Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)Experience:QC Inspector in food manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Scopes:Company Background: Over than 40 years Food manufacturing in Johor Bahru
Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Terbau 4, 81100
Working hours: Normal working hours (Mon-Fri, alternate Sat for OT with OT claim)
Salary package: Basic +attendance + KPI + OT Claim + bonus:Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Management Policy, and relevant systems and documentation related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Safety Standards.
Monitor and maintain the company\'s document control system.
Ensure that manufacturing processes and procedures comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Oversee compliance with daily quality control (QC) checks in the central kitchen.
Manage the calibration of measuring equipment by maintaining the master calibration list.
Participate as a Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigations.
Assist with product complaint investigations.
Provide support to production and purchasing teams.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.Job Requirements:Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Basic computer skills are required.
At least 1 year of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry for QC roles.
Must be able to work on alternate Saturdays for a half-day.Benefits:Health insurance
