Job Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming inspections, in-process monitoring, and final inspection of finished goods. Prepare Manufacturer's Data Reports (MDR) for each assigned project. Arrange and coordinate NDT/NDE testing with subcontractors, and follow up on actual test reports. Work closely with production personnel to drive quality improvements and quality control. Implement improvement actions for production processes and overall product quality. Monitor subcontractor performance and carry out final inspections. Issue Corrective Action Reports (CAR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for discrepancies, and ensure proper reply and verification. Conduct equipment and gauge calibration, and update all required reports. Perform re-inspections after repairs, rework, or touch-ups. Verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Welding, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Fabrication, Welding, or QA/QC. Knowledge of ASME, AS1210, AWS D1.1 is an added advantage. Familiarity with MDR documentation preferred.

Day shift Monday to Friday Alternate Saturdays

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
