Job Description

:

Report to QC Supervisor of any related quality matters. Prepare QC related documents and reports. To perform IQC, IPQC & FQC related daily tasks. Participate in solving customer complaints concerning quality issues. To perform quality measurement, visual inspection, and quality testing. Monitor inspection equipment calibrated in time and coordinate the calibration activities. Handle & maintain all quality documentations relate to QMS ISO9001. To coordinate with production's line for corrective or preventive actions. To execute any other tasks assigned by superior as and when deemed necessary.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must at least Certification Level or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Material Science Engineering. Technical skill: able to interpret Technical Drawings, IQC inspection process, knowledge of using caliper, micrometer / gauges and CMM. Problem solving skill: knowledge of MRB and RCCA management. Experience in Assembly (Module / Sub-Module) Process is an added advantage. At least 1 years of working experience in related field.
