Key Responsibilities:

To perform quality inspections in accordance with company quality requirements and inspection plans (IQC,IPQC,OQC) Support inspection and verification of parts based on engineering drawings and GD&T specifications. Operate and assist with measurement using inspection tools such as Calipers, micrometers, height gauges CMM (Hexagon) Scope machines and other QC instruments Conduct in-line and final quality checks under supervision Assist in documenting inspection results in compliance with ISO or Internal Standards Provide feedback on quality issues to supervisors or relevant departments Help to maintain a clean and organized inspection area, including calibration of instruments Support in preparing inspections data and documentation for internal/external audits Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or quality manager.
Requirements:

Diploma, SPM or currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline Basic understanding of quality control principles and manufacturing processes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (Knowledge of GD&T is a plus) Familiarity with basic QC tools and measurement instruments (e.g., Calipers, micrometers) Exposure to or interest in using CMM and Optical Measurement Systems is advantageous Knowledge of ISO or quality systems is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
