Job Purpose
To ensure the quality and safety of all raw materials, in-process noodles, and finished dried noodle products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. This position also supports product innovation, formulation improvement, and process optimization for continuous development.
Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Control (QC)
Inspect and test incoming raw materials and ensure conformity to specifications.
Conduct in-process checking.
Perform sensory evaluation and verify product appearance.
Maintain QC documentation.
Monitor hygiene, GMP and environmental conditions in production areas.
Report and follow up on non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions.
Support internal audits and external audits (Halal, HACCP, ISO, Organic, etc.).
Ensure equipments are calibrated and properly maintained.
Train and educate production staff to follow the personal hygiene and cleanliness.
To monitor pest control activities.
The project that assigns by management.
Research & Development (R&D)
Assist in new product development and process improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QC or R&D in a food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal and ISO 22000 systems.
Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Able to work independently.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
