Monitor the assigned production line to ensure all processes comply with quality and food safety standards (HALAL, HACCP, GMP, and ISO requirements)
Inspect in-process products and finished goods to ensure they meet quality specifications
Supervise and train foreign workers on hygiene, work procedures, and quality control requirements
Record, analyze, and report daily production and quality data.
Identify non-conformities, assist in root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Conduct regular hygiene checks and equipment cleanliness inspections, and environmental monitoring.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize quality issues and process disruptions.
Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and traceability of all products.
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance product quality and process efficiency
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good understanding of food safety systems
Good oral and communication skills
Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Willing to work in a production floor
Be able to stand and move around for extended periods
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Working hours:
Monday-Friday (8:00am-6:00pm)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
