Location:
Kedah
Research & Development (R&D)
Gain understanding of food standard compliance and ingredient evaluation.
Training on basic laboratory tests and shelf-life test.
Assist in the sensory evaluation preparation for new food products.
Assist in updating the R&D documentation.
Translate development recipes by simplifying steps for execution.
Accurately document recipes and methods of preparation.
Assist R&D team in new product development and formulation.
Assist in evaluates current and alternative food ingredients.
Participate in brainstorming and ideas sharing session.
Tackle ad-hoc tasks from superior to ensure seamless operation.
Quality Control (QC)
Assist in implementing quality management protocols.
Support QA/ QC team in conducting product inspections and quality testing.
Assist in compiling and reviewing regulatory documents for compliance.
Assist in audits and preparations for food safety certification.
Collect and organize data for product quality investigations.
Maintain accurate records of quality-related documentation and reports.
Work closely with the QA/ QC team to ensure product safety and quality.
Support daily QA/QC operations and handle assigned tasks under guidance.
Participate in brainstorming and ideas sharing session.
Tackle ad-hoc tasks from superior to ensure seamless operation.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
Understanding of product development processes, packaging engineering, and regulatory standards.
Understanding of food manufacturing regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
