Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Supervise on-site IPQC and OQC inspectors, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance. Support production to achieve quality and shipment targets. Conduct regular training to enhance inspectors' technical and quality awareness. Follow up on shipment quality issues and track improvement actions. Communicate and ensure the implementation of ECN and production-related changes. Prepare and submit daily quality and performance reports.
Job Requirements
Diploma or above, with proficiency in English (spoken and written). Familiar with quality inspection standards, sampling plans, and inspection procedures. Strong communication, coordination, and training skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related quality control tools.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
