We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
QC Supervisor
to oversee the Quality Control team and ensure that all products meet company and customer quality standards. The successful candidate will monitor production processes, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high product quality and consistency.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Supervise and lead the QC team in daily inspection and testing activities.
2. Ensure all incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet quality standards and specifications.
3. Develop, implement, and maintain quality inspection procedures and documentation.
4. Monitor and verify production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality requirements.
5. Investigate product defects, non-conformities, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
6. Coordinate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
7. Maintain accurate inspection and testing records for audit and reporting purposes.
8. Train and guide QC staff to enhance technical and inspection skills.
9.Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality management standards.
10.Support continuous improvement and 5S activities within the production area.
