We are seeking a QC Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes in our manufacturing operations. This role involves supervising quality inspections, ensuring compliance with standards, identifying defects and leading quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate QC team activities to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct inspections on raw materials, production processes and finished products.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (ISO, etc.).
Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions and prevent defects.
Maintain and update quality control documentation and reports.
Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
Work with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
Lead internal and external audits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in manufacturing.
Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
