In charge for sampling incoming raw materials
To do sampling for tank sample daily basis
Performs routine laboratory testing
Perform Physicochemical and Microbiological analysis by collecting and preparing samples, solutions, culture media and specimens
Record the results in SAP
Administration tasks including printing and filing reports
In charge to send out sample for external lab analysis
Checking consumables and chemicals stock level as required and inform superior
Assist Superior for documentation if necessary
Ensuring safe disposals of waste
Lab upkeep and 5S
Skills
Preferably with knowledge GCMS and other chromatography's
Strong sense of responsibility/accountability and team work spirit
Strong communication skill
Education
Diploma in any Sciences, preferably Chemistry, Food Technology / Food Science
