1. To do analysis according to quality problem feedback or warranty claim collected parts. At the same time, to discuss with relevant departments for countermeasure improvement.
2. To prepare the investigation and countermeasure report on customer complaint or warranty claim analysis.
3. To prepare monthly defect analysis summary for warranty claim collected parts.
4. Prepare & check customer documents such as Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard and Inspection Agreement Sheet.
5. To involve in joint check activity with customer on new product against Parts Inspection Standard (PIS).
6. Check the customer Parts Inspection Standard according to monthly submission date schedule.
7. Prepare Parts Inspection Standard for new and existing product.
8. Conduct Quality Problem Countermeasure (QPC) presentation.
9. To perform any assignment given by QC Assistant Manager / Manager.
10. Analyze, communicate and feedback to related department on non-conformance product found.
11. To aware the subordinates regarding the environmental management system.
12. To ensure all process meeting IATF16949 requirement and achieve KPI target
13. Awareness IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 requirement
14. Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as when required by superior.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
