Full Job Summary
The QMS Assistant reports to the QMS and is responsible for establishing processes and policies to ensure that the company is follow by all staff. The QMS Assistant is also responsible for bringing any quality issues to the attention through reporting line to the QMS as soon as they are identified. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s QA policies and procedures, ensure that employees are trained in implementing all QA standards and ensure all employees are following guidelines for QA follow-up procedures.
  • Control and distribution of all the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality documentation.
  • Assist all internal and external audits on behalf of management.
  • Organize monthly QMS meetings to highlight quality issues faced and action plans to resolve issues.
  • Audit conformance of suppliers in order to ensure consistent supply of high quality goods to customers.
  • Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.
  • Coordinate all quality related correspondence with customers\xe2\x80\x99 representatives.
  • Monitor statistical method reporting.
  • Action and close all customer complaints.
  • Issue and track all non-conformance reports.
  • Develop and implement quality and product safety standards to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards.
  • Maintain and update quality manuals, standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in related discipline or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience
  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate
  • Demonstrated use and understanding of Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Proficient in MS Office
Skills and Abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous individual with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Understanding the technical terminology used within the industry, the business, processes & relevant QMS procedures.
  • Understanding the Training System principles and concepts.
  • Administrative and secretarial best practice and competency standards
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
