Customer Spec register / obsolete, assign internal reviewer and follow up on reviewer response, compliance reporting to customer, forward reviewer disagreement comments to customer / gap analysis submission to customer & follow up
Customer spec review closure follow up
Maintain, control and housekeeping On-line Customer Spec system
Ensure smooth and timely incoming and outgoing documents, updates in the system and document preparation during audit.
Ensure the latest version of relevant procedures and formats are available to the users concerned.
Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the Document Control system.
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
To play the role of Quality System Document Controller.
The ability to deal tactfully with upset /angry customers.
To accomplish ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualification & Experience :
Degree in any field
At least 1 year of working experience in DCC field or fresh
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good skills in Microsoft Office
