Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. QMS Implementation & Maintenance

Develop, document, and improve QMS processes, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage QMS documentation (manuals, SOPs, SIPs, work instructions, technical drawings).

2. Audits & Compliance

Lead and conduct internal audits (system, process, product). Support 3rd party, customer, and external audits. Coordinate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA), track non-conformities, and follow through on closure. Prepare and facilitate certification and surveillance audits.

3. Continuous Improvement

Collect and analyze quality data (KPIs, complaints, NCRs) to identify trends. Drive root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and process improvements (Lean/Six Sigma). Provide QMS training and coaching to employees.

4 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues. Support risk management activities (FMEA) and change control processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or equivalent. 2 - 5 years of working experience in quality management or QMS related roles. Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and at least one of: IATF 16949, ISO 13485, or other relevant standards. Audit experience (internal auditor or lead auditor qualification preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel - Pivot Tables, Word, PowerPoint). Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)

We are seeking a QMS Engineer (Mandarin speaker) to implement, maintain, and continuously improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS). The role requires strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001/IATF 16949/ISO 13485) and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, drive improvement, and support audits.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
