Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001. Ensure the QMS meets regulatory and customer requirements. Lead and coordinate internal audits and external audits, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Capable of investigating and analyzing technical and regulatory issues. Identify quality system issues and recommend or implement corrective and preventive actions. Serve as an internal auditor for the Quality Management System. Process corrective and preventive actions (CA/PA) based on audit findings and track progress until resolution. Continuously monitor and improve the QMS processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support and coordinate process improvement projects, ensuring effective collaboration with other functions and compliance with regulatory, customer, and company quality standards. Establish a connection between QMS performance and outgoing quality trends. Offer input and provide related support for the management review process. Lead the ISO certification program. Monitor the progress of follow-up items from internal audit reports, management reviews, corrective/preventive action requests (8D), and other continuous improvement initiatives. Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards. Experience in quality analysis, problem-solving, project management and customer audits. Preferred: IRCA Certified Lead Auditor. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead process improvements. Proficient in MS Office and quality management software. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work independently, set up a Quality Management System, and interact with certification bodies. Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Demonstrate strong leadership skills and self-motivation to achieve exceptional results. Maintain enthusiasm and efficiency under pressure. Good command of both English and Mandarin is preferred for effective communication in a multinational environment.
