Develop and maintain company\xe2\x80\x99s QA policies and procedures, ensure that employees are trained in implementing all QA standards and ensure all employees are following guidelines for QA follow-up procedures. * Control and distribution of all the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality documentation. * Lead all internal and external audits on behalf of management. * Organize monthly QMS meetings to highlight quality issues faced and action plans to resolve issues. * Audit conformance of suppliers in order to ensure consistent supply of high quality goods to customers. * Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports. * Coordinate all quality related correspondence with customers\xe2\x80\x99 representatives. * Monitor statistical method reporting. * Action and close all customer complaints. * Issue and track all non-conformance reports. * Develop and implement quality and product safety standards to ensure products are manufactured in compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards. * Monitoring of overall quality and standards of products. * Maintain and update quality manuals, standards and procedures.
