Job Description



Responsible for managing internal and external documents pertaining to Quality Management System. Authorized to release documents for Internal use. To plan and conduct Internal Quality Audit, handling opening and closing internal audit and follow up the findings. To ensure the external audit upfront preparation for the internal and liaise with them. To ensure a good filling system and achieving of documentation to ensure easy retrieval. Responsible dealing with the external auditors or customers audit. Administer and maintain all controlled documents and quality records. To make reports timely as requested by superior. To carry out task according to customers requirement on environmental issue. To manage filing of all documents, both soft and hard copies, within the document control center. To maintaining the Quality Records Master list. To manage, apply and maintain the DMS portal. To interface with customer and external bodies on audit activities. To register all documents pertaining to statutory / regulatory requirement related to company business operation. To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 & GP requirement. Reporting the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management. To reply the Customers or external parties assessment or survey. Shall conduct the Management Review. To improve, implement and maintain company Management System to fulfilling the Quality and Environmental standards and customer's requirements. Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time. To comply with company's culture.

Job Requirement



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field. At least 2 years experience in QMS. Experience in handle customer or supplier in external quality audit. Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 & OHSAS 18001 will be an advanyage. Excellence oral, written, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Able to use Words, Excel & Power Point.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
