Job Purpose The Software QA Lead oversee quality control throughout the development of software by testing the software application and managing teams of QA members. He/she work closely with other team members to ensure the software quality. The incumbent focuses on improving software development process and preventing defects in production. Duties & Responsibilities 1. Provide leadership and leading QA members to ensure the software quality. 2. Analysing user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility. 3. To develop, review and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases. 4. Collaborate closely with other team members and departments. 5. Mentor and train QA team members to achieve the daily jobs. 6. Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) when needed. 7. Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies. 8. Provide timely solutions and reporting. 9. Provide support and documentation. Qualifications 1. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Diploma in computer science/information technology, computer engineering or equivalent 2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
