Job Description
:
Verifying customer warranty claims from clients. Providing timely feedback on warranty analysis. Verifying defective parts return. Providing feedback to JB HQ on defective part verification results. Addressing customer complaints and product service. Conducting audits on part complaints and providing training on company product range.
Minimum Requirements:
Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree. 2-3 years of experience in automative industries. Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
