We are looking for a

Software QA Tester

to ensure the quality and reliability of our

web and mobile applications

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

manual and automated testing

, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. If you are passionate about delivering bug-free, high-performing applications, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning & Strategy

Develop and execute

test plans, test cases, and test scripts

for

web and mobile applications

. Identify

test scenarios

based on functional and non-functional requirements.

2. Manual & Automated Testing

Perform

functional, regression, UI, performance, and security testing

on web and mobile apps. Use automation tools like

Selenium, Appium, or Cypress

to streamline testing.

3. Bug Reporting & Tracking

Identify, document, and track defects using tools like

JIRA, TestRail, or Bugzilla

. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

4. Mobile & Web Application Testing

Conduct testing on

iOS, Android, and cross-platform applications

. Ensure compatibility across different devices, browsers, and operating systems.

5. API & Backend Testing

Validate APIs using tools like

Postman or REST Assured

. Work with databases to verify data integrity and backend processes.

6. Performance & Security Testing

Perform

load, stress, and scalability testing

using tools like

JMeter or Gatling

. Identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with best practices.

7. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Work closely with

developers, product managers, and DevOps teams

to enhance quality processes. Provide feedback on user experience and application performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a

QA Tester, QA Engineer, or Software Tester

. Strong understanding of

SDLC and Agile methodologies

. Hands-on experience with

test automation tools

(Selenium, Appium, Cypress). Familiarity with

API testing

using

Postman or REST Assured

. Knowledge of

mobile testing frameworks

(Espresso, XCUITest). Experience with

performance testing tools

(JMeter, LoadRunner). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
