Working day: Monday - Friday (Hybrid - 4 days WIO, 1 day WFH)
Working Hour: 8:45am - 5:45pm
Working Location: KL Gateway:

  • Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support for the Managing Director of overall facilities daily schedule, including reports or presentation preparation, appointment management, specified project research relevant, coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork.
  • Responsible of meeting relevant including preparation of meeting papers, obtaining and preparing briefing materials and presentations, and taking minutes upon requested or when necessary.
  • Coordinate with Company Secretary for preparation of Directors\' Circular Resolution, arranging BOD meeting, Shareholders and Annual General Meeting & etc.
  • Plan and coordinate the Managing Director\'s business trip or travelling relevant including visa applications, flight booking, hotel arrangement, transport etc.
  • Responsible of Managing Director\'s expenses claim preparation according to the company regulation and in accuracy manner.
  • Assist & review the company documents, manage and cascade the newly implemented or revised the documents to employees.
  • Perform maintenance and improvement of internal control.
  • Conduct the internal monitoring and training for export control.
  • Provide necessary instructions and advice to each department to perform proper export control.
  • Assist & conduct maintenance and improvement of Risk Map.
  • Drafting of implementation plan for self-check and summarize the result.
  • Observe and update new regulations or announcement on compliance issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree holder in Business Administration, Business Law or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience in Quality Assurance (Fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Well organized, independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with positive working attitude.
  • Able to converse in English, Japanese, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
