QA Officer (Bahasa Malaysia Speaking) & QA Officer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsibility for listening call record and evaluation on call records of Telesales and Customer service team in Malaysia market to make sure feedbacks on performances of Sales & Customer Service team are timely and appropriately. Key responsibilities and duties of a QA Officer in the telesales industry may include: QA Officer (Bahasa Malaysia Speaking) & QA Officer (Mandarin Speaker) is responsibility for listening call record and evaluation on call records of Telesales and Customer service team in Malaysia market to make sure feedbacks on performances of Sales & Customer Service team are timely and appropriately. Listen call records of Sales team (in Malaysia language) and make validation on them to decide if products are delivered or not. Evaluate call qualities of Sales & Customer Services based on score cards timely & accurately. Working with QC team and sales team to improve sales scripts. Translate documents and script written in Malaysia language to English or Thai and vice versa. Other duties as assigned Required education background and experience: Minimum bachelor\'s Degree, major in Arts, Southeast Asian Studies, or related fields At least 2 years in the QA officer, Malaysia translator or Telesales (Malaysia) Having good communication, negotiation, and presentation skill Fast and flexible to adapt with fast-paced environment.
