Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Executive you will ensure the process/product are complied with all International Organization for Standardization or equivalent and customer requirement. By working with others relevant department to establish the process/instruction to comply with the requirement and assuring the process is follow with disciplinary and. EHS and 5S is important to ensure the safety of all personnel and maintain the standards in the plant and it must be complied by the you. You\'ll be report to the Quality Assurance Manager and will work on-site at Petaling Jaya Plant.

Main Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Support QA manager to ensure all the safety, quality and customer requirements are followed.

\xc2\xb7 Maintain Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001 & IATF16949 and customer specific requirements.

\xc2\xb7 Assist Quality Manager for external and internal auditing.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible and lead Element-4 Documentation EHS management system.

\xc2\xb7 Lead customer audits.

\xc2\xb7 Assist for QC Lab management.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for proper documentations of procedures, standard forms, and quality work instruction.

\xc2\xb7 Non-conforming material handling and control.

\xc2\xb7 Provide quality induction and awareness training to all staffs.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work with team coaching and providing guidance on the documentation and audit finding closures.

\xc2\xb7 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor risk management activities.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports through analyzing data; make recommendations for corrections and improvements.

Job Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.

\xc2\xb7 A Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, or Engineering.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and ISO/TS16949 Internal auditor certification.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of automotive OEM quality requirements and related procedures.

\xc2\xb7 The ability to use quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA)

\xc2\xb7 Good oral and written English skills.

\xc2\xb7 Good PC skills, especially in data analysis.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge or skill in paint making, paint technology or chemical and have previously worked in a manufacturing plant in production or quality control.
