Job Description

Quality Assurance Executive ensures that the final product observes the company\xe2\x80\x99s quality standards. QA Executive responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and conducting of Process Performance Qualification.
• Responsible for conducting of Hold Time Study.
• To perform product release or rejection of finished product to the market.
• To review Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR), Batch Packing Record (BPR) & Plan of Action (POA).
• Responsible for managing Vendor Qualification System for raw material and packaging material.
• Responsible for involving in the maintenance, update and archival or Approved Vendor List and documents related to Vendor Qualification System.
• Responsible for implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements, such as SOPs and work instructions.
• Responsible to perform item code transfer for raw material.
• Responsible for interacting with QA team for the implementation of compliance requirements in Quality Management System.
• Other responsibilities that are not included in the above but are related to quality assurance and in accordance with internal guidelines and SOP.

Requirements:

• A Degree in Chemistry/Microbiology or any other related scientific discipline with minimum 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in QA role.
• Required skill(s): Communication skills (both verbal and written), Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Superb computer competence, including database management
• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
• Meticulous, positive attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
