Quality Assurance Executive (qa Exec)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Investigate in-house quality issues and issue Problem Solving Reports (PSR) and Product Service Reports to drive effective resolutions. Manage and analyze warranty claims to identify root causes and implement preventative actions. Execute and monitor Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and installer audits to ensure compliance. Plan and conduct product, process, and system audits to uphold quality standards. Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and track the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to validate inspection and testing methods. Lead and participate in Kaizen (continuous improvement) activities and weekly quality meetings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on defect prevention and quality enhancement projects. Ensure strict adherence to 6S housekeeping standards in all work areas. Review and manage non-conforming product dispositions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or Quality Assurance environment. Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing), Quality Management, or a related field.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
