About the Role

We're seeking a

Training & Quality Assurance Executive

to ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and brand experience across all our outlets in the Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs (onboarding, service standards, food handling, halal compliance, etc.). Conduct outlet visits to monitor quality, hygiene, and service consistency across all Klang Valley outlets. Audit and evaluate outlets on SOP compliance, food safety, and operational efficiency; report findings to HQ. Work closely with outlet leaders and the Operations team to identify performance gaps and improvement areas. Collaborate with the product development to ensure new menu rollouts meet brand standards. Prepare detailed QA and training reports, tracking KPIs such as audit scores, training completion, and customer satisfaction. Lead pre-opening training and quality setup for new outlets. Update and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and QA documentation. Coach outlet teams to uphold excellence and accountability in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in F&B training, quality control, or operations. Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety standards, and halal practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement. Able to travel between outlets within Klang Valley. Bilingual (English & Bahasa Malaysia); Mandarin is an advantage.
