Open Position: Quality Assurance Manager (MNC Food Packaging Company)

An MNC food packaging company is looking for Quality Assurance Manager to join the team and be based in the Selangor manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities include:

-More than 5 years as QA Manager in packaging or FMCG industry.

-Lead the department to achieve objectives set by the company with regards to cleanliness and quality.
-Develop a management system to achieve the quality of the products.
-Ensure procedures and standards are in place and give training when necessary.
-Identify defects and take actions in processes to reduce reoccurrence.
-Communicate closely with customers to have their feedback dealt with and reduce impact on business.
-Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
-Strong leadership to lead your team.
-Able to adapt to changes and work in fast-paced environment.
