Open Position: Quality Assurance Manager (MNC Integrated Manufacturing Company) A MNC Integrated Manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager to join them in the Selangor office. Key responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Possess Diploma/Degree/master in Science or any related field. \xc2\xb7 More than 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in medical device, consumer, auto or any related industries. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services. \xc2\xb7 Establish quality standards, policies, and procedures and ensure their adherence across all departments and projects. \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern, and develop strategies to address them. \xc2\xb7 Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with quality standards and resolve any quality-related issues. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven industry. \xc2\xb7 Certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar are a plus. \xc2\xb7 Excellent leadership and people management skills plus plus exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
