Our client is a rapidly expanding FMCG company based in Selangor. They are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise the site\'s Hold & Release program to ensure compliance with TAG\'s food safety & quality standards and relevant regulations. Implement food safety and quality programs at the site, covering GMP (Pest Control, Sanitation), sensory evaluation, and maintaining GLP for the analytical and microbiology lab. Maintain and update quality documentation including SOPs, product manuals, specifications, work instructions, and records to meet FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GQS requirements. Provide technical support for capital and NPD projects to ensure adherence to TAG\'s food safety & quality standards. Drive Process Improvement initiatives: Assess processes, resource allocation, and KPI achievement, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement and simplification. Initiate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes to minimize NCR and consumer complaints (RFT and CPMUS). Lead, mentor, and develop the QA Operation team, with a focus on succession planning. Responsible for resource planning to optimize cost utilization. Skills & Experience Required Bachelor\'s degree in science, Engineering, or Food Science. Minimum of 10 years of quality assurance experience in the food manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years at the managerial level. Strong knowledge and experience in internationally recognized audit standard (FSSC22000, HACCP, ISO9001). Basic understanding of regulatory requirements in both local and export countries in Southeast Asia. Must possess strong interpersonal, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple programs and projects effectively and thrive in high-pressure situations.
