Quality Assurance Manager
Selayang
*Salary RM8000 - RM10000*

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 10 years of QA experience and 3 years Management experience in QA operations.
• Candidates with experience in electrical & electronics or printing or paper manufacturing will have added advantage.
• Experience in handling customer audit, qualified auditor in ISO standard.
• Candidate with leadership to responsible for organization and people future growth and potential.
• Drive Quality Team to world standard processes and product quality sustainability for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staffs, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and development processes.
• As Leader for Quality Team with about 35 team members.
• Establish and maintain all document, SOP on product and processes to achieve and comply the requirement.
• Administer all authorities body Certification to ensure comply the regulations. As MR for organization.
• Establish maintain and review company's quality policy, Environment policy as required by the standard.
• Provide analysis advice, strategic input or alternative recommendation to management relating to quality matters and risk management assessment.
• Review product and processes compliance to required standards as specification and drawing on product structure and print quality.
• Liaising with external parties on matters related to Malaysia environment legal regulator body to ensure comply the requirement.
• Responsible on material purchase and services meet the established standard of quality including reliability, usability.
