Job Description


MohonKelayakanEducation:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in quality assurance roles, ideally as a QA Manager.
  • Familiarity with Metal Stamping Operations is highly advantageous.
Languages:
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication in diverse teams and markets.
Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address quality issues.
Regulatory Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality certifications (e.g., ISO standards).
Business Functions:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, finance, and customer service principles.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments to enhance quality processes.
Data Analysis:
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software) to monitor quality metrics.
  • Ability to interpret data trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement:
  • Experience in methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Training and Development:
  • Skills in developing and delivering training programs for staff on quality standards and practices.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Customer Quality reject summary)(4) Follow up & review monthly HP DPPM report(5) Present KPI report every 2 weekly(6) Follow up & review monthly QA stock take report(7) To review calibration quotation and select for PRF(8) Overview IQC, IPQC, OQC, calibration, clerical function(9) Reviewed & approved with signature on PP & packing standard(10) Participate in project kick-off or FMEA meeting when required.(11) Improvement plan preparation & presentation to customer.(12) Yield lost improvement activity - Data collection, analysis, root-cause verification, initiate the CAPA, prepare slide presentation.(13) Ad hoc task when required and as per documented procedure.Manfaat
