Job Description

Controls and supervise IPQC function within the production floor and ensure customer requirement are achieved by IPQC. Customer service & discussion and to complete customer complaint report after investigation. Issue Of Process Corrective action ( PCAR) , Internal Corrective Action (ICAR) ,SCAR , On line Defect and follow up. Carry out inspection of incoming and in process materials at production floor. Assist production in making decision regarding the product quality. Calibration control and maintenance , to prepare and update calibration records. Led in the effort to achieve customer's satisfaction in product quality by liaising with other sections through meeting and discussion and maintaining a proper record for the meetings. Aim for continuous quality improvement through corrective actions, preventive measures and continuous training. Responsible to point out any breaches of quality by own and others department and take corrective and preventive measures accordingly through meeting and discussion. Conduct quality related training.
