Job Responsibilities

Plan and prepare

based on project requirements and specifications. Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. Log, track, and verify the resolution of defects by collaborating closely with developers to identify root causes and validate fixes. Perform different types of testing, including

regression

performance

user acceptance testing (UAT)

. Develop and maintain all

QA documentation

, including test plans, test reports, and defect logs. Provide timely and detailed feedback to project managers, developers, and stakeholders regarding testing progress and software quality. Participate in project discussions to ensure quality considerations are incorporated into the development process. Stay up to date with the latest QA tools, automation technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the testing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

1. QA Fundamentals

Strong understanding of the

software testing life cycle (STLC)

and

software development life cycle (SDLC)

. Hands-on experience in creating and executing

test cases

,

test scripts

, and

defect tracking

.

2. Tools & Automation

Familiar with

bug tracking tools

(e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla). Experience or knowledge in

automated testing tools

such as

Selenium

,

Appium

, or similar tools is an advantage.

3. Methodologies & Practices

Familiar with

Agile/Scrum

methodologies and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of QA best practices, regression testing cycles, and release management processes.

Experience

Minimum

2-3 years

of experience as a

QA Engineer

or

Software Tester

in the IT industry. Experience working in

web

mobile

enterprise application testing

environments is preferred. Mandarin speaker
