Responsible the quality compliance and assurance activity, documentations and SOP for all MYdepots.
Proactively plan, lead, supervise and control quality activity at each depot in Malaysia to achieve quality and documentation compliance and customer quality assurance.
Monitor and control effective quality data tracking & acquisition (SCADA), producing quality analysis for Operation process and documentation improvements.
To control and monitor, all aspects of quality mechanism in Loscam Malaysia, derive fit for purpose standards, Incoming material inspection standard, in-process inspection and final OQC inspection and approval.
Proactively manage and control cost effectiveness in quality activities to accomplish business objectives.
Proactively plan, lead, supervise and control resources related to quality control.
To liaise with other department HOD to understand customer complaints and revert with proper corrective action plan.
Act as facilitator and Quality Project Leader in operations department for Quality Improvement Operation projects in terms of Process Improvements, Continuous Quality Improvements, Documentations & Certification Improvements.
To take ownership on all internal & external Operations documentations and Government Legislation Documentations.
Lead Quality System & Documentations audit with internal and external auditors.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
Responsible on overall Operation Quality Assurance & Control, Quality Documentations Control, Quality Equipment Control, Lead Quality Improvement Projects and to Support Operational Duties & Responsibilities.
Participate and uphold Loscam's Quality, Vision and Mission, Quality oriented Policies and Output quality responsibility.
To manage customer complaints, investigating complaints, Non-Compliance Report generation and managing NCR closure.
To control and follow up the operations and quality improvement countermeasures and to develop results.
Report the quality operation result and challenges of all MY-Depots and derive proposal for improvements method to Operation Manager and / or higher management if required.
Communicate ideas to direct reports in a way that the produces understanding and positive impact on improvements.
Ensure continual compliance of Loscam's Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Accurately manage company assets and business processes.
To manage monthly and yearly Stock take Management, discrepancy reporting and accurate data reconciliation.
Assist Country operation manager to develop right quality process (incoming inspection, BER inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and out-going inspection).
Actively manage QA team and employees with a hand on approach encouraging a team environment.
Develop "Hands-On" approach and build the team's morale and subsidiaries team to be always in Optimum level.
Effectively manage QA Team performance through developing KPIs, periodic monitoring and improvement suggestions.
Drive productivity to maximize resources throughout.
Assist Country Operations Team in all activities to ensure daily reporting & month end requirements are met in a timely manner.
To Produce & Provide QA Operational report, Inventory Management report, Stock Movement and Month End Reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in related fields (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain business, etc)
Minimum 5 years experiences in managing QA
ISO standard, well verse with Documentations, Regulations & Record Keeping
Possess a proven "hand on" skills and knowledge, leadership aptitude within in factory operational environment.
Committed, self-confident and self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage functional role & responsibilities.
Possess an openness to innovative ideas, able to demonstrate an ability to initiate positive change to company and demonstrate as role model to others.
